Hi, I'm Angie!
Each catering occasion is unique. I would be delighted to discuss with you your individual requirements. Please get in touch with me by phone or email so I can understand your needs. I am available to deliver in Auckland or you may wish to pick-up your order. 
I have an A Grade Food Certificate from Auckland Council. I follow all of the Safe Practice Guidance for Food Service and Food Retail set out by MPI.

Everyday Baking
In this section, even though it is termed Everyday Baking, there are plenty of treasures to be found. Items are baked as a whole unless stated otherwise. The items generally come uncut, but cutting and plating of items is also available.
Here are the categories of my everyday baking Baking is a treat, but with the Everyday Menu I am mindful of the sugar and fat content. I try to add fibre in the form of oats, dried fruit and nuts. |

I have had my verification from Auckland Council, on the 4th of June 2024 and have passed with an A Grade Food rating. The new certificate has arrived at last!
All products on this website have been made in my kitchen at home. The kitchen has been approved by the Auckland City Council.
